( Which Church You Belong To ?
)
Reading - John 3:1-3
and Rev. 3 14-22
The letters to the churches represent some what of a picture to all the
churches after the Pentecost day.
The letter to the church of Laodicea represent to us a rich church a) Money
b)Bible Knowledge c) Good character d) The church don't need a thing .
According to John 3:1-3 The members of the church must be born again and
have Lord Jesus as personal Savior . The Laodicean church Which represent
the church of the end of days does not measure to the spiritual
requirements.
In verse 18 the Lord counsel the church and each believer in general by
pointing out to the wright way to be counted as a member of the heavenly
church 1) To buy gold from Him personally and not from the Parents or
strangers, philosophers or teachers.
The gold represent our faith in the Righteousness of Christ in His blood.
2) This faith is proven by the fire of temptations that we abide in Christ.
3) To buy from the Lord White clothes which represent the fruits of thre
spirits in the life of a believer ( Their testimonies ).
4) Salve : represent the gaudiness and obedience to the Holy
spirit and the word of God .
In conclusion : God loves us and His love makes Him Knock at our hearts
continuously until we could listen to His voice.
